Everytime you get something easily or free, thinking that you are very lucky, YOU ARE WRONG. And it's after experiences that i had to conclude this--NOTHING COMES AS EASILY AS YOU THINK.There's this 2 incidents that has occured to me.

Last month in HOngkong's Ocean Park, I played a game. A basket of rings were provided to be thrown on a feild of glass bottles. The ring had to get hooked on any of the glass bottles in front of me before you get a big, fat, clumsy stuff toy, easily the size of a young toddler prize. You might thought it sounded like a piece of cake but it's not. I watched many people played and one after another, left empty-handed, unsatisfied. Glass bottles are good at rebouncing and repeling away from the plastic rings, i guessed. After throwing almost 30 over rings, I MANAGED TO GET ONE OF IT HOOKED OVER THE GLASS BOTTLE!!. Yippy.. yea..I thought i was lucky, very lucky after only spending S$4 for that. BUT the next day, we were accused of breaking the bus driver's sunglasses. We argued but in the mean time, we were fearful of our safety. The bus driver was controlling the bus!! My day gave him the benefit of doubt, S$40 so as to drop the arguement. ANd now..I had to say that the big fat bear cost $44. LUCKY?? NAH..

Another time was when NTUC was offering a promotion of buying 4 loaf of bread with a worth of $3 loaf free. After finally 'stuffing' oursleves with that 4 loaf of bread over 3 weeks, we finally got that 'precious jewel' haha.. But we've eaten only a few slices when my mum realised that there were plenty of dead flies on the remaining breads. See what i menat..?? Free?? Yea..afew slices..

After all these, I'm prepared that something else will happen which wld make everything neutral. I'm sure not to be happy first when i'm given free things(not as in presents from friends and relatives). Not that i thought it's cheapskate or what, but the reason i said earlier on.
