I exercised the whole day!! Badminton in the morning, basketball in the afternoon and swimming in the evening. Thanks to that, my legs are aching badly. By tmr morning, my whole leg will stiffen. I think i will have trouble walking down the stairs.
Went all the way to basketball court near sokhui's hse. I forgot to wear sports shoes!! Neither did i want to spoil my mum's slippers. Therefore, i played barefooted and have blisters on my feet now. SO painful!
Swam from 4.30 all the way to 6. I'm gonna be very very tan. My colour difference is alot. I don't want. Sokhui brought her beach ball and float along. ily!! Without tt, it's gonna be very very bored. Her float entertained me most of the time. I spreaded my hands and legs, floated on the pool (lying down) and carmen asked me how. I taught her but only to see her sinking down. HAHAHA!! SO FUNNY! SO Cute!! (you will only laugh when you see it) I also don't know how i managed to float. I remembered some1 told me to relax before i can do it.
